Результати

Заходи, реалізовані в рамках PП2, включали:

  • критичний огляд існуючої літератури, юридичних документів, веб-джерел, і т.д., спираючись на знання з відповідних дисциплін (освіта, інформатика, міжкультурна освіта, соціологія, антропологія, політологія).

  • аналіз правових, етичних, гуманітарних, технічних, соціальні чинники розвитку ІКТ, електронного навчання і міжкультурного розвитку в країнах партнерах;

  • формування нових підходів до проблеми розуміння вищої освіти та розвитку деяких ключових компетенцій – глобалізація взаємозв’язку в різних регіональних і національних контекстах

Передача знань і науково-технічне співробітництво здійснювалося за допомогою відряджень та у дистанційному режимі: відео конференції (у тому числі щомісячного), дебати, круглі столи, науково-методичні семінари, дискусії, інтерв’ю.

Співпраця дослідників у рамках РП2 дозволила отримати наступні результати:

  • проаналізовано та структуровано основні документи про міжнародне співробітництво, в тому числі за міжнародними договорами університетів, що беруть участь в проекті; іспанське, російське та словацька законодавство, що стосуються розвитку суспільства знань (з т.з. електронного навчання як засобу формування ключових компетенцій) і ролі у цьому процесі вищих навчальних закладів, а саме: Всесвітню декларацію про вищу освіту для XXI століття: підходи і практичні заходи та структура пріоритетних дій щодо зміни та розвитку в галузі вищої освіти; Сполучену програму розвитку нації; Цілі розвитку тисячоліття: вісім цілей на 2015 рік; Резолюція Ради від 31 березня 1995 щодо поліпшення та диверсифікації вивчення мови і навчання в рамках систем освіти Європейського Союзу; документи Європейської асоціації закладів вищої освіти; Систему оцінки освіти в країнах ОЕСР; програму Erasmus+.

  • проаналізовано систему освіти в Іспанії, Росії та Словаччині через призму вивчення правових та офіційних університетських, факультетських документів (наприклад, будо детально розглянуто систему антиплагіат).

  • проаналізовано діяльність та структуру центрів з оцінки якості освіти університетів-партнерів з Іспанії, Росії та Словаччини.

  • досліджено діяльність університетів у міжнародних програмах, як шляхом аналізу університетських веб-порталів та інтерв’ю з працівниками, відповідальними за міжнародну активність.

  • досліджено міжкультурні аспекти комунікації між університетами-партнерами, враховуючи геополітичні аспекти самого університету та сучасних тенденцій в країні дослідження.

  • розроблено глосарій термінів, що стосуються використання ІКТ у вищій освіті;

  • розроблено структуровану анкету для приймаючих університетів, щодо особливостей функціонування і розвитку ІКТ. Анкета формує основу для подальшого аналізу і порівняльного вивчення правових, етичних, людських, технічних, соціальних факторів розвитку ІКТ, електронного навчання та міжкультурного розвитку в країнах партнерах;

  • покращено анкету для студентів (польська, англійська, українська, російська та інші мовні версії); розроблено анкету для викладачів.

У рамках РП2 було проведено наступні конференції:

  • Міжнародна науково-практична конференція «Високотехнологічне інформаційне освітнє середовище» (квітень 2014 року, HSPU, Санкт-Петербург, Росія).

  • Міжнародна наукова конференція «Дистанційне навчання в галузі прикладної інформатики» (DIVAI 2014) (травень 2014 року, UKF, Нітра, Словаччина).

  • Міжнародна наукова конференція «Інновації у вищій освіті та розповсюдження початкових результатів досліджень юридичних, етичних, технічних,соціальних факторів розвитку електронного навчання і міжкультурної комунікації у різних країнах (червень 2014 року, ДСТУ, Дніпродзержинськ, Україна).

Ці заходи дозволили дослідникам не лише представити результати виконання РП2, але й поширити результати спільних зусиль серед широкого кола наукової аудиторії. Таким чином, результати PП2 порушили наступні правові, етичні, людські, технічні та соціальні чинники розвитку ІКТ:

  • Концептуальні питання розвитку цифрових компетенцій в рамках ради Європейського союзу;

  • Єдиний інформаційний і освітній простір для дистанційного навчання українських студентів ІТ спеціальностей;

  • Порівняння підходів до аналізу даних у віртуальних навчальних середовищах;

  • Системи он-лайн навчання в різних формах досліджень;

  • Порівняльний аналіз середовища електронного навчання в UKF і ДСТУ;

  • Аналіз законодавства щодо дистанційного навчання в Україні;

  • Психологічна підтримка студентів у процесі електронного і дистанційного навчання у технічному навчальному закладі;

  • Студенти в інформаційному середовищі: вивчення навчальної та пізнавальної діяльності;

  • Якісні характеристики університетського інформаційного середовища на основі зовнішніх індикаторів;

  • Проблеми і перспективи у розвитку системи електронного навчання для студентів ІТ спеціальностей.
